After successfully completed full restructuring the Company effectively rebuilds its position on domestic, European Union and Eastern markets. In the area of the Company investment activity are both companies requiring the radical restructuring, new investment projects and industrial investments in the area of deliveries and services complementation.
The Company partners are the biggest financial institutions and production companies.

CENTROZAP SA is a company with over 57 years of tradition. Experience acquired in a number of large investments, led on almost all continents let us to built a solid base to prepare the modern market offer.

CENTROZAP SA generates net profits, successively increasing the amount of turnovers with the participation of professional and experienced Staff. The business  activity is carried out on domestic and foreign markets.
The Company expands the scope of current activity on new branches and products. Letters of intent in the investment tasks accomplishment were signed with foreign partners.

The Company mission is to carry out an investment-commercial activity based on the use of experience and achieved international position in order to increase the Centrozap’s value for shareholders with simultaneous satisfaction of the Company clients and employees.

The strategic objective of Centrozap’s activity is to form within 2 years a dynamic investment-commercial company implementing independently or in cooperation with sector and financial investors, short-term and long-term projects on domestic and foreign markets, with particular consideration of eastern markets, with the use of  Centrozap’s trade image, experience and high competences of the personnel.
Realization of the strategic objective shall be realized with keeping a priority in the scope of generation of Company’s profits and taking care of Shareholders and Staff interest.

The Management Board, with acceptance of the Supervisory Board and Shareholders, developed and adopted to implementation the Strategy of action, determining the development of Centrozap SA in the three following strategic activity areas:

• realization of an investment projects,
• commercial activity,
• services and deliveries complementation.
